Although this fox is black, it is classified as a red fox. We have seen cross fox here before, but this is the first all black fox that we have seen. Not sure if this is also called a silver fox, but it is definitely black. It has a very full coat of fur and we see it hunting quite often around our yard. We are not sure, but think this is a female fox and it's mother is a cross fox that we also see from time to time. When this fox was younger, it would sit in our front yard and cry. My wife…
