After Chaturanga, the next poses are Upward-Facing Dog and then Downward-facing dog. Caturaṅga Daṇḍāsana is not an easy pose. It takes a lot of technique to do it correctly. Instructions: Keep your whole body engaged (strong legs, arms and upper body), Hands below your shoulders, elbows by your sides, shift forward slowly lower down, stop when your shoulders are in line with your elbows.
