This recipe is perfect for covering cakes without the fondant drying too quickly, ripping, or cracking. Very good for shaped cakes. Not the best for sculpting but still works if you need it to. This recipe is inexpensive and tastes better than most brands. 1) Recipe Use a 1:2 Ratio of Marshmallows and Powdered Sugar, (Meaning, for every 1 pound of marshmallows add 2 pounds of powdered sugar) Add 2 Tablespoons of Water for every pound of marshmallows used.
