This is extremely healthy to include in your everyday breakfast and is great for diabetic people too. Serve it with your favourite chutney and sambar.   Ingredients -  2 cups Foxtail millet 1/2 cup White whole urad dal  1 tsp fenugreek seeds Water, as required Salt, to taste Ghee/Oil, to grease the moulds  Instructions -  Add foxtail millet, urad dal and fenugreek seeds in a bowl. Rinse it with water 3-4 times and then soak in enough water for 6 to 8 hours. Once done, grind it into s smooth paste and whisk with hands for 5-6 minutes. Cover and keep it for fermentation overnight.  Next morning, add salt and mix well.
