Fantasy Fudge 3 C sugar 3/4 C butter 2/3 C evap. milk 12 oz. chocolate chips OR 12 oz, white chocolate ,butterscotch, peanut butter chips 1 (7 ounce) marshmallow cream 1 tsp vanilla Mix butter, sugar and milk in a saucepan. Heat until 230 degrees on a candy thermometer. Or bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in chips a little at a time until melted. Stir in the rest of the ingredients greased 13" by 9" pan.
