Tree House inspiration for the 12-and-under set!

Lot 1 designed the Preston House in Sydney, Australia for a young family of five who like to spend lots of time outdoors.

The brief required a House for a family of four on a 2,400 square feet site, located in South Bangalore. The clients aspired for a Contemporary design, iconic house in the locality that housed not only a living unit but also work and entertainment zones on different levels.

the louvred external shell developed by KHUÔN studio leads residents into a house filled with lush greenery and natural light.

by studying the site features, wafai proposed a design that aims to gently contrast or strongly emphasize its surroundings.

If you live big city life, you probably know what it feels like to rent an overpriced studio, share an apartment with fellow grown-ups or cram yourself into a cupboard-sized flat that means lie-ins are simply impossible. No wonder more and more people on Earth find themselves living in tiny spaces, known as tiny apartments that can be as small as 10 square meters. Tokyo, anyone?
