This stuff is good, and it looks so cool! -Kristin 3 envelopes Knox (unflavored) gelatin 3 small packages Jello 2 1/2 cups boiling water 1 c. heavy cream Combine Knox and jello. Add boiling water and stir to dissolve. Stir in cream and then pour into 9x9 glass baking dish. Refrigerate till set. It looks cool when it is set, the cream forms a lighter layer on the top and then the color of the jello on the bottom.
