The hip and spinal flexors are used as stabilizers to maintain the position. This makes for a great core training exercise! Altering our training positions and resistance applications can improve knee joint integrity and range of motion.

😣It’s common for the knee to lose range of motion after an injury or surgery, and if ignored, it can lead to some problems down the road.

🔑Having full knee extension is critical. Lack of quad strength (which accompanies lack of extension) is linked in research to several knee injuries. Basically, don’t ignore your knee mobility!
