This week we're taking a look at a street scene by Maxim Baybakov and the techniques / parts that are used to create a variety of interesting textures. Today we will be looking at using 1x2 slopes to create a range of shapes that are hard to achieve with other pieces.Unfortunately, it's not as easy as just using a slope and it's inverted form; as you can see from the picture it doesn't work like that.Instead, we have to turn to SNOT (Studs Not On Top) techniques, and use various SNOT bricks to achieve the desired shapes.
