Nestled in a valley amongst the mountains, overlooking a bay, is Kotor, a must see if you visit Montenegro or the Balkans. Most people just do a day trip here from Dubrovnik, but I would recommend spending a few days in the Bay of Kotor exploring more of Montenegro.
