EC1 Penthouse is an extensive refurbishment of an apartment in Clerkenwell, Central London, on the top floor of a residential building.

Taken from our recent Coventry project, this Scandinavian style open plan living / dining area oozes a laidback approach. The client wanted minimalist, Scandi-cool space and we delivered just this. We helped install this space down to sourcing tradesmen, organising deliveries & building flat-pack furniture!
