Our builder basic home turned custom dream! David and I got married June 2016, and only a few months later we bought our first home together. Going from a 700 sq ft condo to a 3200 sq ft home was definitely a big jump! It was a pre-construction home which allowed us to dream and plan all the things we would do to it.
