2 puff pastry sheets
Pesto sauce
Sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
Grated Emmental cheese
1 egg for the egg wash
Grated parmesan
Marinara sauce for serving (optional)

Unroll the first puff pastry sheet, and cut a heart shape with the help of a DIY paper cut-out heart. Spread an even layer of pesto sauce, leaving the edges empty. Sprinkle sun-dried tomatoes and cheese. Place the second heart puff pastry on top of the first. Then place a heart-shape cookie cutter in the middle and cut even slices all around the heart. Gently twist each slice twice, pressing the ends down.
