Soixante et onze ans après son ouverture, ce charmant mas de Provence n’a rien perdu de sa superbe. Auréolé de cinq étoiles, mêlant des chambres raffinées, un trio de piscines cobalt bordées de glycines, un spa bio ouvert sur la nature ou encore et surtout une table de haute volée menée par Jean-André Charial, cet hôtel aux pieds des Baux-de-Provence n’a pas fini de nous séduire.

Certes, il en faut pour tous les goûts mais pour ce qui me concerne, les jardins au gazon tondu bien ras, troués de quelques arbres et les jardins à la Française en général, aussi beaux soient-ils, ne sont pas ma tasse de thé. Je préfère, et de loin, les jardins à l'Anglaise.
