Exquisite is the best word to describe this piece! The delicate tulle seems to disappear and the gold bullion or metallic soutache becomes body jewelry. The soutache is hand sewn in a flower and vine motif which is edged with delicate little beads sewn with gold metallic thread. It is just stunning. The bodice has a low cut neckline and a racer back.
