I learned this recipe from my friend, Holly, who calls it Jennifer's Challah. The recipe doubles well. Bread keeps well in a ziplock bag on the counter for several days, and it freezes well, too. Classic and  sweet egg challah recipe for your upcoming high holidays. 

Recipe makes two round challahs. 

Ingredients: 
•4 cups (500 grams) AP flour
•1 tbsp. (10 grams) yeast
•2 large eggs
•1/4 cup (2 oz.) oil
•1.5 tsp. (10 grams) salt
•1/2 cup (105 grams) sugar
Topping: 
Your favorite topping

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Dough:
 * Place all ingredients (except water) into a mixer bowl or large bowl if mixing by hand.
 * Begin kneading the dough. Gradually add the water while kneading.
