This workout is pretty advanced, but there are some simple ways you can modify it. If there's a movement you are unfamiliar with, try doing it first without weights, only adding them once you feel totally comfortable. You can modify any moves done in plank position by simply holding a plank instead, until you've built up enough strength to add the more complex movements. And of course, if the cardiovascular challenge is too intense, slow things down and take breaks whenever you need them.
