Description This freebie helps you help your students set goals and plan on reaching them. I created this for teachers at my school. We use them at conference time in grades K-6. Students set a goal and make a plan about how to reach that goal. Then they share their plan with their families during student led conferences. I also use my goal sheets during interventions when I have several choices for student practice. I have them make a plan and stick to it.
