1. healed my gut ❤️‍🩹
- found a probiotic that actually helped @seed 
- drank a debloat drink every morning (🔗 in my bio)
- stopped drinking coffee before eating!!

2. lowered stress 🧘🏼‍♀️
- started waking up earlier to have a slower morning 
- stopped doomscrolling and read instead 
- journaled after waking up and before starting the day with @anewerashop 

3. exercise & food! 🏋🏼‍♀️🥗
- ate high protein 80/20 diet 
- worked out 4-5 days a week (both high & low intensity workouts) 
- tried to eat less sugar and more whole foods 80% of the time
