After i nearly lost all of my images i sat down yesterday to do some backup. I was flipping through some folders when i saw this one. I shot this in december last year, in the most brilliant moonlight. It was so bright and magical being out in the woods that night. The moon had this big ring surrounding it, i don`t know what its called...halo? (edit: maybe a moondog?) I`m actually looking forward to some adventures in the woods this winter... Single shot. On Friday we will have the beautiful Frost Full Moon or also called the Beaver Full Moon ❄️🌕 Historically, this full moon marked the time when beavers and other animals finished their living quarters for hibernation before snow and ice covers them up for the winter months.
