This year will be the 7th bauble I’m adding to your collection…. Some of you even have a full set which is crazy that you have kept up with the journey for this long 😭. • Every bauble is hand sculpted and often starts with a lot of trial and error. I’m not normally a sculptor but there’s something really therapeutic about sitting down with a cup of tea next to the roar of the open fire when outside the wind and rain is battering off the window outside. It’s a welcomed break from the potters wheel and a different kind of creative challenge to keep me thinking. This year I have decided to try and recreate the tiny white bears in porcelain clay. So far they all definitely have their own personalities with a few posed sitting up and others on the prowl. • As we’re still in the beginning stages of production I’m still playing with different ways of adding the faces and small details before we settle on the finished bear but I wanted to show you a sneak peak of what I’ve came up with so far! • These little bears will be available to purchase in November once refined!
