I took a year off of running after competing for 8 years straight because of burn out. I've learned alot and have grown as a runner. These tips have made be fallen back in love with running.

Running Tip For Beginners🏃‍♀️
Here's a great running tip that will keep you going but also allow you a necessary break which is important for beginner runners. This running tip is a great way to start your running journey. As you continue to run and your body adapts, start to increase the amount of time you are running. I.e., take a break after 3 songs after you've been running for 4 weeks. How to do the splits!
If you want to split, then this is for you! Do these stretches at least 4 times a week and you'll find yourself splitting in less then a month🤗
