Ingredients: - 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs - 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted - 1 (3.4 oz) package instant butterscotch pudding mix - 1 ¾ cups whole milk - 1 cup heavy cream - 2 tbsp powdered sugar - 1 tsp vanilla extract - Whipped cream and butterscotch chips for garnish Instructions: 1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a pie dish to form the crust. 2. In another bowl, whisk butterscotch pudding mix and milk until thickened. 3. Pour the pudding mixture into the crust and refrigerate for 2 hours. 4. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form. 5. Spread whipped cream over the set pudding layer. 6. Garnish with whipped cream and butterscotch chips before serving.
