Here are the instructions! 👇Taco salad is one of my go-to’s 😍 1. Spray a pan with an oil spray. 2. Stir fry ground beef until cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. 3. Dice avocado and chop up cilantro. 4. In a large bowl combine lettuce, ground beef, cheese, avocado, drained pico de gallo, and cilantro. 5. Top with dressing, salt & pepper. 6. Note: I’m using the cilantro dressing from Trader Joe’s, but Bolthouse is another good dressing you can find at most large chain grocery stores. 7. No meat? Use black beans. No dairy? Use more avocado.
