Curamin - I was diagnosed with spondylolisthesis at the age of 9 when I had my first operation. Over the years I have suffered from varying degrees of pain & taken lots of painkillers. At my worst I was taking large amounts of panadol, ibuprofen, norflex, codeine and sleeping tablets to try and control the pain and get some sleep.
