Kerouac / Cassady

When I was reading On The Road by Jack Kerouac I noticed how much he and Neal Cassady loved Jazz music. If Kerouac and Cassady were alive today I think they would like most Hip Hop music because of its relation to Jazz and how much it uses Jazz samples.
