Add all the ingredients except salt and garnish, in a blender and blend on high for about 2 minutes until smooth. 2. Rub a lemon slice around the glass rims then dip them in a small plate of salt to coat. Pour the mix into the prepared glasses, and garnish with lemon and lime slices.
