Turkey steaks with citrus & ginger sauce Ceirdwyn says: I just made this, but I didn't have any of the ingredients for the sauce. I used 300mls of pineapple juice, 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger, a tiny pinch of cayenne and 3 tsps of light brown sugar. It was a big hit with the family. Will definatly make it again.

Vegetable Jubilee: Make jelly from 570ml grapefruit juice, 110g sugar, 6 gelatine leaves. Dry fry 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp coriander, 1 tsp caraway, 2 tsp sunflower seed.
