The bell bottoms varied. The way black people wore things were very different for how the white women wore clothes. They color coordinated and added jackets and such to their outfits. The hair became straighter and straighter over time.
In the late Victorian era, men's beards shifted from a point to a slightly more rounded point, and curled mustachios became a "thing." Intricately-designed facial hair highly encouraged, if not required (ladies too).
