Ingredients for 6/8 slices: ▪️300g cottage cheese ▪️3 eggs ▪️1/2 tsp salt ▪️110g rolled oats ▪️1 tbsp baking powder ▪️30ml olive oil Optional toppings: Extra oats and Seeds Instructions: 🥚To a food processor add all the ingredients and blitz. Don’t overmix. You just need the ingredients to blend and mix together and the oats to break down a little. If you overmix it will result in a heavy and dough-y bread. 🥚Pour into a baking tin, 10x20 cm 🥚Bake at 180C for 40 minutes. 🥚Let it cool down completely before cutting into slices
