****Pickled Egg**** - 36 to 48 of the best pickled eggs -Do NOT use any of the boiled eggs that have breaks in the white portions. -- bottle of Hot Yellow Peppers *** ( El Pato or Mezzata brands)- bottle of sliced jalapeno peppers-- yellow onions, Little Smokies --pearl onions -- green peppers (Bells and Whistles), whatever you like when it is pickled. Pour enough of the jalapeno juice into the bottle-- Now fill the jar up with straight white vinegar! No Frig Needed.
SUMMER VINEGAR SALAD
CUCUMBER SALAD IN A JAR 4 thinly sliced cukes 1-large sliced red onions 1-large sliced green peppers 1-tbsp salt 2-cup white vinegar 1 1/2-cups sugar 1 tsp celery flakes 1tsp red pepper flakes Put vinegar, sugar, celery flakes and pepper flakes in a pot & bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add 2 handfuls of ice until melted. Place all veggies in large mouth canning jars (2 quarts or 1 half gallon jar)Pour mixture over cucumbers, store in refrig. Will keep 2 months (Makes 2 qt jars)

Use 2-4 tbsp of chopped herb for a mild flavour, and 3-5 tbsp for a stronger infusion. Fill your containers with honey and immerse the teabag completely in the honey. Close jar and let sit on a sunny windowsill for 1-3 weeks. Taste the honey each week to see when you have reached the desired flavour intensity.
