CARAMEL GANACHE RECIPE • By Kentiba Bakery Ingredients • 450g double cream • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste • 225g Callebaut Caramel Chocolate • Pinch of salt Method: • Boil the double cream with vanilla and salt. • Pour hot cream over the chocolate. Let sit for 1 min. • Combine with a spatula until smooth. • Cover with cling film, touching the ganache. • Let sit in the fridge overnight (at least 8h). • Once the ganache rested, whisk the ganache carefully with a hand mixer on low speed. The ganache will harden quickly so make sure to stop whipping immediately once it reached a pipeable consistency.

Ingredients • 100g whipping cream • 95g milk • 20g sugar • 50g dark chocolate • 5g gelatine leaves • 30g water Method: • Soak gelatine leaves in cold water for 10 minutes. • In a pan on medium/low heat, add cream, milk and sugar until dissolved. • Add chocolate and mix. • Add squeezed gelatine leaves. • Allow to cool and strain into ramekins. • Refigerate a minimum of 8 hours or overnight. • Recipe adapted Vy Khue

homemade almond joy candy bars 🫶🏼 they’re gluten free, dairy free, paleo, and refined sugar free, and taste so much like the real thing! ingredients • 2 cups unsweetened coconut flakes/shreds • 1/4 cup raw honey or pure maple syrup • 1/4 cup coconut oil • 1/4 cup full fat canned coconut milk • 6oz dark or semi-sweet chocolate (i use dairy free) instructions • 1. first, melt the coconut oil. next, make the coconut filling: add the shredded coconut, coconut milk, honey/maple syrup, and melted coconut oil to a food processor and process for about a minute, scraping down the sides as needed. • 2. once smooth, add the filling to an 8x5 loaf pan lined with parchment paper and smooth it out. next, top with roasted almonds (be sure to press the almonds down into the coconut mixture).
