1hr · 1 serving crispy rice paper rolls, makes 6: 1/4 cabbage, 1 carrot, 2 spring onions, 3/4 cup bean sprouts, large bunch of coriander, 3 tbsp sesame seeds, 6 sheets of rice paper (dipped in room temp water for approx 6 secs just before rolling)and 1 tbsp veg oil to fry. Spicy tahini sauce: 1 tbsp tahini, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp mirin, 1 tsp crispy chilli oil, 1 tsp sesame oil and 1 tsp maple syrup
