Snowman ornament- use some spray glue, cover it with glitter, use either stickers,black sharpie, or black glitter paint for eyes and buttons. Carrot could be construction paper, sharpie, or a sticker. Hot glue the sticks on as arms. Tie string around the top. Wouldn't try this with anyone under probably 10.
