FRIED CHICKEN MARINADE: Combine: 1 T soy sauce; 2 tsp cayenne pepper; 2 tsp Worchestershire sauce; 1 1/2 tsp pepper; 2 minced garlic cloves; 1 qt water; 2T salt. Add chicken and roll until completely covered. Cover bowl and put in fridge overnight or up to 24 hr. For chicken wings only, marinade for 12 hr or less. Fry or bake.
