Cookist on Instagram: "È ormai la nostra ricetta preferita da anni e quindi non possiamo che riproporvela! 🎄 👉Girasole di pasta sfoglia perfetto per Santo Stefano o anche Capodanno ( se preferite potete sostituire il pesto con salsa di pomodoro)❤️ 👉INGREDIENTI 2 rotoli di pasta sfoglia 6 cucchiai di pesto 250g di formaggio camembert o brie 1 tuorlo + 1 cucchiaio di latte sesamo   👉PREPARAZIONE 1. Stendi il pesto su un rotolo di pasta sfoglia rotondo. 2. Poni al centro una forma di camembert o brie da 250g. 3. Copri con un altro rotolo di pasta sfoglia rotonda e con una forchetta sigilla bene i bordi. 4. Taglia le strisce del tuo girasole, dovranno essere 16. 5.
