Ingredients 3 cups cooked rice (I used brown) 1 cooked chicken breast (shredded) 1 carrot (grated) 3 spring onions sliced 1 1/3 cup grated cheese 3 eggs Mix all ingredients together, leaving some cheese to sprinkle on top.
