Meat Lacha Kachori
To make Meat Lacha Kachori, mix 2 cups flour with 2 tbsp ghee/oil and salt. Knead into a smooth dough, rest 15-20 mins. Sauté onions until translucent, add minced meat, cook until browned. Add ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin, salt. Cool, mix with chopped coriander. Divide dough into balls, roll into thin discs. Place meat filling in center, seal edges, flatten. Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy. Drain excess oil on paper towels. Serve hot with chutney.
