Corned Beef Hash -- I will NEVER make corned beef hash from a can ever again! This was super easy to make and so good! The pic shows potatoes but it's not in the recipe, so I added 8 red potatoes that had been boiled & cubed and fried it all together. I love that it's all big & chunky; just seems more filling that way. I also cook my beef in a crock pot for 18 hours on low with Guinness added in the water. I didn't measure my corned beef, just pulled the whole thing apart.
