Pineapple, Kale, and Blueberry Smoothie: For days when you're feeling a bit bloated, try this flat-belly smoothie. Ingredients like pineapple and blueberries help to reduced belly fat and diminish bloat, while the kale (which you can't taste) offers fiber to relieve constipation.
Banana Raspberry Weight Loss Smoothie. A good ratio of fruits to greens for weight loss is this: 2 cups of fruit to 3 to 4 cups of greens and 1 cup of water. Add additional veggies if desired. Ingredients: 1 cup raspberries 1 medium banana, peeled 3 cups fresh baby spinach 4 to 6 ounces of filtered water 2 teaspoons chia seeds, soaked for 20 minutes Directions: Add all the ingredients to your blender and blend on high for 30 seconds or until creamy. Drink several times a week and lose.
