Sugar Cookie Pie Crust 1/4 cup butter.1/4 cup sugar.1 egg yolk.1 cup flour.1/4 tsp salt. Combine sugar, butter, egg yolk in large bowl.Gradually mix in the flour until you get a crumbly consistensy.Add to pie pan and gently press against bottom and sides, distributing evenly.Bake at 400* for 10 mins, until light golden brown.
