Summer Slices: Blackberry and Peach Cobbler From Nicole Kristin: (1) I used a 4.5 quart dish. I recommend this rather than a deeper dish because I think people like more cobbler to fruit. (2) The dry ingredients that go into the fruit was a little heavy. I would adjust to 2.5 c of sugar; leave the rest the same and use that amount. You really do need the 14-16 cups of fruit for this dish. You could half the whole thing, of course. (3) This is the most important one, it is 1 pound (4 sticks)
