The only one I tried was for removing the stain in the toilet bowl. I cannot tell you how many different tricks I have tried recently (vinegar, baking soda, TSP, CLR, magic eraser) without the slightest dent in that ugly ring. This one WORKS. Took about a minute on one toilet and about two on the other, including under the rim. Bonus, no harsh chemicals needed!
