Creamy Chicken Tortilla Soup recipe -I didn't follow this recipe to a T... For the chicken I used two chicken breasts, little bit of olive oil, mixed 1 tsp of garlic powder, 1 1/2 teaspoon of cumin, 1 tsp of chili powder. Used that mixture to season the chicken breasts and baked them at 375 for 25 min. Shred them once out of the oven. I didn't use the peppers from this recipe. Just the leftover seasoning from the chicken. Added a bit more cumin and a bit of taco seasoning.
