This chicken thigh recipe is on repeat for its delicious flavor and the little effort it requires. Ingredients: 3 lbs organic skinless/boneless thighs 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive oil 1/4 cup low sodium tamari or soy sauce 1/4 cup raw honey 2 oranges sliced - juiced 3 large garlic cloves minced 3 tbs chopped cilantro or more if desired 2 to 3 tbs Chipotle peppers in adobo Salt/pepper to taste Notes: I use low sodium tamari or soy sauce. Regular may be used of desired. However, you'll need to limit how much salt is used when seasoning. If desired, you can skip the Chipotle peppers. The amount i used did not make the thighs too spicy.
