Humans are designed to follow the natural rhythms of the sun, waking up before sunrise and spending the day with sunlight exposure to enhance health and well-being. Night owls face higher risks of health issues. Think about night shift workers. I know we can't always work the hours we want circumstantially. But having our sleep patterns follow natural light cycles is ideal for optimal healing.
