3D wire and pantyhose sculpure. Staple hanger wire to the base of a wooden block. Bend wire to a unique shapes. Stretch panty hose over the wire and under the wooden block. Secure panty hose with more staples and coat with glue. Paint desired effect. OP ART. PICASSO PORTRAITS. ABSTRACT COLORS.:

Abstract Sculpture Inspired by sculptors Jean Arp and Henry Moore, eighth grade students were asked to create an abstract sculpture whose form was interesting when viewed from many sides. Balance, movement and organic form were the primary focus of this lesson. Materials used: a wire clothes hanger, knee high stocking or panty hose, a small piece of scrap wood, and paint.
