teaspoons salt, (more for taste) 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning 6 cups vegetable oil 1/4 cup heavy cream 1 teaspoon ground black pepper, (more for taste) 3 eggs 3 lb chicken drumsticks 2 1/3 cups soy flour 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Preheat oven 350° F. Heat a deep pot to med-high & fill to at least an inch deep. Bring to 350° F. Combine cream & eggs in a mixing bowl to make egg wash. Combine salt, soy flour, poultry seasoning, pepper & garlic powder to make breading.
Season chicken breasts with salt & pepper, dip into breading first, then into egg wash, then back into breading. Make sure that both sides of chicken are well coated. Shake excess breading back into bowl.
