Olives for Dinner | Vegan Recipes and Photography: Smoky Cashew Cheese...really great! I added smoked paprika and used two tbs of red miso in place of the chickpea miso. (*conversion for using agar powder is 8 tsp instead of the 1/2 c agar flakes). Makes a wicked Mac n cheese, just grate some of the cheese into hot milk of choice, whisk until melted, add cooked pasta! Delish!
