INFO ON DICTIONARY PRINTS:

Because of its age, the page is yellowed, and may contain imperfections. Some pages have small illustrations. While I will ensure it won't interfere with the design too much, if it's a problem, please mention you'd like a page without illustrations.

There are holes along the left edge of the page due to the binding process. This is standard in all vintage dictionaries. Therefore, when framing, it's best to use a mat with an 8x10 opening in order to hide the holes. The left margin is wider than the right for the same reason, and so I center the design on the actual printed text instead of centering on the page. Doing so allows for the print to still appear centered in a frame with holes hidden.

IMPORTANT: if you don't intend to use a mat, let me know in comments. I will realign the print for you so it's centered on the page. Remember: the holes WILL be visible without a mat.

You will not receive the exact dictionary page shown in the photo. Each print is unique, and therefore, the dictionary page you receive will be different.

INFO ON BLACK PRINTS:

Black prints have an approximate 3mm white border which may not be visible in these images. The border appears because laser printers do not print all the way to the edge. 'Normal variation' in this border can mean it can be uneven by a few mm. There is nothing I can do about this border. A mat with an 8x 10 opening covers it completely.

SIZE:

Each print is approximately 8” x 11”, but I suggest using an 11”x14” frame with an 8”x10” mat opening. Doing so will ensure the holes in the dictionary prints are not visible, and will cover the border on black prints.

PLEASE NOTE:

This is available both framed and unframed.

The frame is 11 x 14 x 3/4" black wood with white mat. Frame has attached hardware for hanging. Actual frame you'll receive is shown in photos.

SHIPPING:

Your unframed print will be protected by a plastic sleeve, and shipped flat in a rigid mailer.

Framed prints will be secured well in the package with bubble wrap.

Unfortunately, I am unable to ship framed art outside of the US due to shipping costs.
